How did the time frame change as to when one was considered "vaccinated" under the new categorizations for "Covid vaccines?" Without this question being addressed the figures will be skewed.

I’m not a statistician so I’m only guessing about this, but the increase is 4800% over the one year 2018. That sum of one death, though, represents a period of 8 years. Versus 1. 4800% doesn’t factor that in. I would probably look at it as the increase of number of deaths from covid vaccine in one year vs. .125 which is 1 death divided by 8 years of records.
I don't believe Doctors aren't sure whether their patients deaths are caused by the vaccines or not. I think it's more likely a combination of following the official line so as not to lose their licences as well as a totally understandable form of denial because they've almost certainly had the same 'vaccines' themselves and don't want to face up to the uncomfortable reality that they might be in for a similar health outcome in the future. And in a way who can blame them, better to stick your head in the sand and hope for the best
