As a long time tracker of Monsanto who merged with Pfizer in 2000 before spinning off pension and PCB liabilities, this move looks consistent with the policy of "substantial equivalent" which is a Grand Canyon sized loophole created by evil genius Michael Taylor alternately FDA director and Monsanto attorney.
It was introduced during Bush Sr. term under a policy of deregulation to speed introduction of gmo crops into the food supply. What "substantial equivalent" does is create a legal mechanism to ignore scientific differences. For gmo foods they measure a short list of elements like fiber and minerals in the novel food and if it's in the range of traditional GRAS foods the differences are ignored and they are deemed equal for regulatory purposes.
It's a horrid fraud... here's the original sin by FDA but thousands more cases have followed.

The guilty parties are everywhere, not just inside the Pharma companies and the FDA. Operation Warp Speed was headed by none other than the Vice President of the United States, appointed to that position by the President. In business and legal circles this is what is known as “Air Cover”. In this case the air cover was Supreme and it was directing the entire operation, complete with the infinite impetus of a national and global emergency. The atmosphere was electrically charged everywhere, in every cubicle, every conference room, every office, every elevator, every bathroom, and in every building......everywhere. This created the atmosphere in which there was only one possible outcome. The deadline had been given, and the air cover would do what it does, which is to remove obstacles of every kind, including the human variety. What few knew, however, was that nearly all of the leadership providing the air cover, including the President and Vice President, had been played for fools. The rank and file soon split into 3 groups: 1)those following orders, doing their jobs, with heads down, 2)those who kept their heads up enough to see that something wrong was happening, but too scared to speak out in the overpowering circumstances, and 3) a small but brave minority who would, in time, come forward. This is the story of Covid from the very beginning.

WOW NE - if this doesn’t blow the lid on the whole “reset”, IDK what will.
As a Trump supporter @ the time, I was appalled @ his warp-speeding these poisons & vowed I’d never take one. As a now FORMER Trump supporter, I’m not just appalled but angry as he continues to tout them as his greatest achievement & something he & his supporters should take CREDIT for, even as the truth is obvious.
At the time these came out in late 2020, with nobody on the planet able to guarantee short & long term safety or efficacy because proper trials that take years were never done, I thought to myself that if the global elites really wanted to destroy Trump for good, they just needed to start blaming him for allowing “warp speed” as safety & efficacy proved to be a fraud.
I’ve been surprised the global elites still haven’t done so with the added benefit of deflecting blame & saving their own hides, as the truth about damage & deaths is turning into a tsunami now. I bet eventually they will; a sacrificial scapegoat will be needed. But maybe they’d like to hold their powder in case he runs again for President. I don’t think they can though because the damage & death are already overwhelming. Think of how much more over the next 2.5 years….

Thank you for the summary. I find the "fraud" angle interesting because it may be perceived as an "out" to the involved nepotistic organizations should public opinion turn on them - keep throwing each other under the bus ("*we* only did this because *they* lied!") until the hoi polloi are sated.

So there is quite a lot here. I am looking at the LNPs right now and I believe, at least for now, there may be more hysteria than actual valid evidence of toxicity.
A lot of people compare these vaccines to gene therapies, but we have to remember that a lot of prior gene therapies involved siRNA (small interfering RNA) which are intended to bind to mRNA of cancer genes. There are some LNP drug delivery systems that are intended to target the CNS because most drugs cannot pass through the blood-brain barrier. So with all that being said, I think we have to be careful of conflating adverse reactions in an overarching "LNP" category.
As for genotoxicity, I'm now trying to imagine what specifically may be involved. If it is the LNPs, we may have a huge caveat here- since they are encasing the spike mRNA shouldn't we be concerned about their effects on the mRNA as well?
There is one place that we need to raise some questions, and that is that we have opened the door to allow for rushed therapeutics. I have written about a monoclonal developed to treat Alzheimer's named Aducanumab, and this monoclonal gained rushed FDA approval. This decision was so controversial 3 members of the board resigned because there was no evidence to suggest it works, and it was an extremely expensive drug.
So for now I think we have to remain rational as we dissect these vaccines, but we can also be wary that rushed approval of other drugs may be coming in the future.

Remember, "it's not a gene therapy," that's just a conspiracy theory. And it was never intended to prevent infection, they even redefined "vaccine" for us, yet when it suited them, it was indeed, "a vaccine intended to prevent infection."
There's a lot of fraud to choose from here. And great reasons not to test gene therapies on healthy leoe, as all those concerns are coming to fruition.

Pfizer performed zero safety testing, and wasn’t legally required to do any, or submit any to FDA.
