I forgot to contribute. This is a book I am re-reading and is one my favorites. It concerns all of the governments overthrown by the U.S. government usually for greed and power motivations.

Unfortunately they have no intention of stopping. There is too much power and $$$$$ to gain. I think we may collapse financially and they may get forced to stop this behavior, but the common people will suffer the most of course.
I'm not sure about this book but I remember some books were suggested to see the incorrect thinking of others. When people saw how bad an argument was, it changed their minds.
Add Thomas Sowell to your list. He's prolific so you're sure to find a book he's written on the topic of your choice.
Be patient - he's in part 2!
Excellent
Definitely! And add People of the Lie by M. Scott Peck, M.D.
Great list. You can’t have climate change without Alex Epstein or Patrick Moore.
Epstein’s Fossil Future is an energy treatise that cannot be matched.
You missed the previous post, John. I knew there would be additional recommendations when I posted this list so there will have to be an addendum!
Thanks for putting this list together! 👏💕
Ditto that!! FantAstic NE!!
I highly recommend dissolving illusions.
Unrelated topic, but check these dirtballs out in action. A good example of how corrupt the medical system is in the United States. https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/drug-companies-opioid-crisis-dollars-for-docs/
Just in time for SUMMER! 🌞

If they can fake THAT... and most people believe them... they can fake anything.

Here we go, I'm going to have to redo this list, aren't I!?
It’s a living thing!
And that is what the US has been doing. It is my country and I am mad as hell at what our government has been doing to others. It must stop.

A Postcard from the Volcano: A Novel of Pre-War Germany by Lucy Beckett. Moving and intelligent.
Thx! I look forward to your daily reads as well!
I don’t know how I missed recommending “Myth of the Rational Voter.” I feel I have let the side down.
Maybe Theory of Moral Sentiments by Adam Smith too, though I don’t know how much that red pills people.
Most of the best books about vaccines are missing from this list.
Feel free to add them. My previous post asked for recommendations and these are the ones suggested.
Add these two to the list:
"Thy Will Be Done: The Conquest of the Amazon : Nelson Rockefeller and Evangelism in the Age of Oil" by Gerard Colby & Charlotte Dennett
"The Plutonium Files: America's Secret Medical Experiments in the Cold War" by Eileen Welsome
I forgot to mention, the Sceptical Environmentalist.
Sorry but any book that uses the “hockey stick” Mann graph as truth and is endorsed by BGates is not a red pill.
This one does——>Sustainable Energy Without the Hot Air - David MacKay

The Rape of the Mind by Joust Meerloo, (1956) has been recommended highly to me. Free to read here https://archive.org/details/joost-meerloo-rape-of-the-mind
