What an awful, awful story. To have made it all the way to that point--Molly and her mother both--and to be destroyed by idiocy. Part of Molly giving life to someone else's baby is not so very much comfort for an irreplaceable loss. Part of the universe going unrepaired.
Absolutely should straight out refuse any possibility for donation. I can't trust anybody anymore and corruption is rampant so maybe your loved ones will suddenly worsen to be a donor...
My beloved friend of 51 years, later killed by the vax, had seven years of greatly-restored health because of a donated kidney. The vax blew that kidney to smithereens so the degrees of tragedy are too monstrous to look at too deeply.
There was a story a few years ago about a bride who invited the man who had received her father's heart to walk her down the aisle. She was able to feel her dad's heart beating and present in that joyful moment.
People must follow their instincts in this as in everything.
This case is tragic beyond words. And for every obvious fatal outcome like this one, there were a thousand less dramatic tragedies: old folks in nursing homes getting depressed and refusing to eat, family members not allowed to see their dying loved ones, addicts relapsing and dying of overdoses, lonely people killing themselves, vulnerable kids falling further behind their peers, cancers going undetected, small businesses lost, and on and on and on. The people who did this are evil.
A very similar thing happened to us 20 years ago because the doctor decided not to do a c-section because she was tired at the end of her 24 shift. I was therefore made to delivery vaginally and my otherwise healthy 9lb baby suffered brain damage as a result of the delivery and lived 30 days. One never gets over this. My heart aches for this family.
Your loss is absolutely devastating but working in a critical environment myself if I would work 24 hours shift maybe I would refuse certain procedures also. If she would have killed you and your baby by fatigue now your husband would blame her. We can blame the system which didn't provide a "fresh" doctor...

I, who have no vast quantity of 'medical' knowledge, KNEW that a virus can not, will not and is completely unable to, live, thrive and survive in both hemispheres, never mind at the same damn time, way back in 2020 before the onslaught of willing stupidity, downright ignorance and the $$peed of $$cience took hold of FAR TOO MANY "Professionals."

I'm very aware of the optics of a tangential conversation from such a tragic story but it's a really interesting and incredibly important subject to everyone (whether we know it or not).
The statistics do indicate (unsurprisingly) that families are inclined to have more children (and pregnancies) in high mortality geographies and this is typical in the vast majority of species (as far as I'm aware). It then becomes entirely a matter for the individual (and society) as to what we consider to be the ethical thing to do; intervene to decrease medically avoidable deaths and injuries or allow nature to take it's course.
I'm firmly in nature's camp but, in this instance, I entirely respect those with the opposite view.

Did an autopsy shine any light on why the baby was in such critical distress? (Like did the mother take the Covid poison injection)
