Whatever the establishment says tends to be the exact opposite of what is true or the best course of action. Just get vaccinated, wear a mask, stay out of the sunlight and hide in your house, just drive an EV, do not eat meat, etc. Listening to them is the worst thing you can do. They are either grossly incompetent or out to steer you wrong to serve their own self-serving agenda. They are simply awful.

If one follows the 'food pyramid' one is certain to end up with a range of health issues from heart disease to diabetes due to the high carb daily recommendations.

They do not want everyone living to 100 as that is bad for the farm

Oh .. and f789 all vaccines... they destroy your health as well

The carnivore diet, that’s been our ancestry way of eating, once again proves itself to be the way humans should eat.

I'm old enough that I've heard a long series of food proscriptions come and go: Don't eat eggs!...Ok, eat eggs. Don't drink coffee... ok, coffee is an antioxidant... On and on. Luckily, I'm contrary by nature but also have always had a keen sense of what my particular body needs... plus a whole lot of common sense. There's only one expert about me... and that's me.

I'm so glad you've always had that insight. I went through a lot of wrong paths before I figured it out from myself.

Always remember it is far more profitable for them to treat cancer therefore, I would not expect a cure in our lifetime.

Cancer is more of a business than a disease

A very very lucrative business

And they live by the credo:

A Patient Cured is a Customer Lost

Yes, in the US the doctors push scheduling mammograms and lung tests on patients. Last time I was asked by my doctor I responded with “something about you receiving a kickback for Cancer feels a little bit unethical to me”.

There will be a cure, as soon as we change the systems we operate over to.

The real cure for now is ingest better foods. roundup free beer and wine and foods that receive the purity awards, etc.

long before i was unimpressed by the hard sell on plague pricks, i was sneering at the low-fat crowd. i may not have very good fighting skills but i wouldn't give good chances to anyone trying to take my cheddar at walking away with their hands still attached to their forearms.

the obamas are culpable for much harm in the world, not least of it starving our schoolchildren. the person who invented skim chocolate milk deserves a very bad end indeed.

I credit something akin to the French Paradox for my relative longevity vis a vis my family. I've seen what low fat and vegatable/seed oils can do for people. I've got my own experiment to run.

i don't overly worry about seed oils but i do a lot of cooking with butter and i'm generous with it. as in my mushroom-carrot--potato cures everything soup.

So, I should continue to saute leeks in an excessive amount of butter and grate half a pound of cheese to throw in the soup when it's just about done?

Excellent!

Our bodies are made to heal. Think about it. You break a bone, it heals. You scrape your knee, a scab forms and it heals, and on and on it goes. There are naturopathic solutions for virtually every condition. The problem is, our medical schools were hijacked around the turn of the 19th Century when John D. Rockefeller wanted to promote petroleum based pharmaceuticals to further enrich himself. He almost singlehandedly squashed all alternative treatments calling those practitioners quacks and worse. I was brought up to believe the lie that the white coats knew best and had our best interests at heart. My dad was a dentist, so I grew up with that model. Now I know it's not true at all: fluoride is poison, medicine is about profit, not healing or protection. It's certainly not about prevention because if disease was prevented, there could be no profit!

I read a book titled, "The Big Fat Lie" that confirms what this study says: grass fed beef and butter, cheese, etc. is good for us! No wonder the Globalists' want to ban it!

Lastly, we don't have to, "Imagine a future where your diet could be tailored to support your body’s natural defenses against cancer!" It's already here and has been for years. Cancer is highly treatable, just not with the modern medical paradigm of burn, blast and cut.

There is the Budwig Protocol, the 1 Minute Cure (both use the same premise of oxygenating the cells); The Coffee Cure and on and on it goes. Mark Sloan's book, "Cancer" is a treasure trove of good information. I'm surprised they haven't killed him.

Which also helps explain the higher incidence of cancer amongst statins users. The are already on their "heart healthy" diet consisting of carcinogetic seed oils. And their bodies have no mechanism to offset it.
