Pfizer lawyers are working with the FDA on slowing the release of data to the public, maybe the lawyers actually read their own data and got a little worried.

I'm waiting with bated breath for the FDA to fully release the data Pfizer submitted to them to license their covid shot. And, I can't wait til the doctors and scientists independently review that data. It has to be concerning because the FDA and Pfizer do not want it released.

Now that the judge has ruled (see Aaron Siri's coverage) that it will be released expect tons of blacked out pages. Then back to court to get them unredacted.
What would we expect now, the TRUTH? Malone just said it on Tucker, that the DOD whistleblower drop (regarding military ADV’s ) data is being “reviewed/verified” by of course an impartial company, I think in Virginia…….backed by what kind of money???
Guess…..China…..let’s see how this turns out. We’re going all the way to the mid-terms.

I was on the Q3 earnings call for Pfizer but not the Q4 one. That's a good callout by him. On Q3 analysts were worried that expected 2022 shipments of vaccines of 4 billion had only manifested in 1.7 billion orders at that time. They also said they expected no Comirnaty sales (the licensed, FDA approved product). The was nothing about vaccine skepticism Bourla and co were still treating it as a miracle drug. They also made a few remarks about their commitment to results at all costs that should raise concerns for safety advocates. I suspect gross fraud in the trials perhaps enough to take the whole thing down. One can hope anyways...

Having run an aerospace company, I know what the lawyers do when they get hold of a document and the atmosphere is charged, for whatever reason. This is really very mild, and I can only attribute it to the “blanket immunity” that Pfizer and all the EUA covered firms receive from every government on the planet. What galls me is that the Emergency and its’ EUA offspring keep being extended(for the eighth time now in the US), but where is the Emergency? Clearly this is nothing more than liability cover for the vaccine makers. In the US there is going to be a tsunami of lawsuits as soon as the emergency is lifted and the EUAs expire as a consequence. If Covid cases continue to drop and Omicron looks increasingly like the end of the line for the pandemic, an “Emergency” simply cannot be upheld on any grounds. We may mysteriously see another variant emerge in the Spring, and unmysteriously see the emergency and most importantly the EUA extended on that pretext. When the EUA finally expires, the Pfizer execs will have to tear every document away from the cold, sweaty hands of the lawyers.

Pfizer may have immunity for liability from use of the death jab, but they don't have securities fraud immunity. When the stock crashes because hidden details are revealed, they will get sued -- unless these new disclosures are sufficient to rebut claims that their earnings projections might be fraudulent.

That's the problem in games without honour, fair play and gentlemen's agreement: the only rule is not to get caught (out or holding the bag).
Imagine a campaign by the Biden administration where Uncle Joe goes after the Big Bad Corporations (in reality: only Pfizer) using the popular momentum from this to enforce a lot of otherwise controversial laws and routines for greater "governemental oversight" (i.e. further corporatist symbiosis). "Good ole' Unca Joe, he may have had a rough start and stumbled at first but by Golly he came around swinging true in the second half!"
