Newly Released Confidential Pfizer Document shows Adverse Reactions that Increase with Boosters
Periodic Safety Update Report #3
A recently released Pfizer document looked at reported adverse events that occurred worldwide between the vaccine rollout and 18 June 2022. A few people have already reported on this, for example Daniel Horowitz in the Conservative Review. Daniel states that the document, dated 18 August 2022, shows that the company already had observed the following scope of vaccine injury:
508,351 individual case reports of adverse events containing 1,597,673 events;
One-third of the AEs were classified as serious, well above the standard for safety signals usually pegged at 15%;
Women reported AEs at three times the rate of men;
60% of cases were reported with either “outcome unknown” or “not recovered,” so many of the injuries were not transient.
I have already gone through this 396 page document once and will write about its contents soon.
However, even more recently, a 393 page appendix to the document above has been released, which breaks down the 1.5 million cases (which include 5 million adverse events) into over 10,000 categories. Once again here is Daniel’s summary of that document:
Pfizer was aware of 73,542 cases of 264 categories of vascular disorders from the shots. Many of them are rare conditions.
There were hundreds of categories of nervous system disorders, totalling 696,508 cases.
There were 61,518 AEs from well over 100 categories of eye disorders, which is unusual for a vaccine injury.
Likewise, there were over 47,000 ear disorders, including almost 16,000 cases of tinnitus, which even Mayo Clinic researchers observed as a common but often devastating side effect early on.
There were roughly 225,000 cases of skin and tissue disorders.
There were roughly 190,000 cases of respiratory disorders.
Disturbingly, there were over 178,000 cases of reproductive or breast disorders, including disorders you wouldn’t expect, such as 506 cases of erectile dysfunction in men.
Very disturbingly, there were over 77,000 psychiatric disorders observed following the shots, lending credence to Dr. Peter McCullough’s research observing case studies showing psychosis correlating with vaccination.
3,711 cases of tumours – benign and malignant
Of course, there were almost 127,000 cardiac disorders, running the gamut of about 270 categories of heart damage, including many rare disorders, in addition to myocarditis.
There were over 100,000 blood and lymphatic disorders, for both of which there’s a wealth of literature linking them to the spike protein.
The adverse events are divided into serious and and non-serious and split into two columns - interval reporting period and cumulative reporting period. The interval reporting period is between 19 December 2021 and 18 June 2022 and the cumulative period is from the start of the vaccine rollout until 18 June 2022.
This gives us snapshots of adverse events at different points, which got me wondering - which adverse reactions have been increasing over time?
To do this, I first had to extract the numbers from the pdf and export them to excel using OCR and a lot of cutting and pasting (if there is already an excel version of this document, please don’t tell me, the wounds are still raw!) Next, I subtracted the interval numbers from the cumulative numbers to give me totals of adverse events between 1 December 2020 - 18 December 2021 and 19 December 2021 - 18 June 2022.
From this I could work out the rate of adverse events per day. There are 383 days up to 18 December 2021 and 181 days in the latest interval period up to 18 June 2022. I just looked at serious adverse events.
So, for example if a category of adverse reactions had 383 events recorded up until 18 December 2021, that would be one event per day. If the same adverse reaction had 181 events recorded up to 18 June 2022, that would again be one event per day and overall no change in the rate of adverse events over time.
I would speculate that the most recent reporting period (19 Dec ‘21 - 18 Jun ‘22) would consist mainly of people who were having boosters. However, some adverse events may be being recorded from earlier shots and some will be youngsters and pregnant women getting injected for the first time.
The number of injections per day were similar in both periods. Up until 18 December ‘21 there were 4,830,806 injections worldwide per day and between 19 December ‘21 and 18 June ‘22 there were 4,661,459 per day.
So with my overcomplicated explanation of my method out of the way, which adverse events increased between the two periods? (I haven’t included categories with not many events recorded as these could have easily been miscategorised in other categories)

I've no substantial comment to add on the horror show that is COVID-vaxx AE's. Kudos to those tracking them, but I can't even begin to keep up ... I will, however, post a wee link to an obscure-ish SubStack for those looking for a deep dive as to the WHY behind the AE's: Walter Chesnut Research.
https://wmcresearch.substack.com/
Highly technical, and VERY thorough. It is through this SubStack that I truly began to comprehend how bad this vaxx thing really is. (Evidently per one of the top comments on his most recent article, Chesnut was previously working with Luc Montagneir in some capacity ... The guy that the Borg offed, as I recall. So.)
Also: when did Grave's Disease get renamed? And why? Does anybody know?
I just had to look up "Basedow's Disease" as I'd never heard of it. Turns out it's autoimmune thyroiditis (VERY common in cats, as an aside), which I learned as Grave's Disease in Humans. Why the name change?
5 million AEs between launch and June 22, not 1.6m
the 1.6m is based on reporting interval (Dec 21 to Jun 22)
