They must simply carry on until they are sacked. It's tough, I know. The highest paying job I ever had, my manager hated me on sight. She turned her entire group against me. They would all lunch together. I tried to join them a couple times. Imagine just as you sit down, a dozen people standing up in unison & walking away. The nicest among them caught me alone once to give me a heads up ... The "smoking room crowd" had a betting pool going to see how long I would last. A personal friend of our manager had bet 6 months.
The thing is, she couldn't fire me. The VPs loved me because I had inherited & fixed longstanding problems. My clients mostly liked me because I made one part of their jobs easier. I was hard working & very, very good at what I did.
Anyway, 6 months later, I was still there. And a year later all but one of them was dumped. I inherited some extra work & they made a couple new replacement hires.
It takes time, but the truth will win. The double & triple jabbed have wrecked their immune systems. The unjabbed just need to tough it out. As we used to say, "It will all come out in the wash."

1. It's completely stunning how these people can get away with outright lies that are contradicted by their own publicly available official documents (UKHSA).
2. Surely this amounts to a level of coercion that goes against the Human Rights Act (which I know they also want to "modernise" for the greater good - and we only have until 8 March to comment on their consultation on that).
3. The quote at the end of your article is spot-on: we MUST focus first and foremost on *individual sovereignty*, and we must understand and communicate to others the massive dangers of the "greater good" fallacy.

right from the off they have run with 'it stops transmission' and 'it protects others' and haven't let it go no matter how much evidence you put before them. ive had better more articulate arguments with the cat!

Unvaccinated health care workers are a very problematic control group. They know how observe, monitor and compare health outcomes in themselves & their peers, come up with hypotheses and demand redress for side effects. In short they are a bunch of troublemakers.

Safe and effective, safe and effective. And there's still the shots protect you from infection when we know it's not the case. Yet, not a single word on what the government is doing for all the people adversely affected by the shots or killed by the shots (oops, our bad?)

From my experience in quite a large trust there’s been very little pressure from management, though I’m not in a patient facing role so may be different for clinical folk. From the couple of conversations I’ve had no one has asked my why I’m not fully vaxed or tried to sign post me to any “help” or “advice”. We had an ask the exec video meeting (I wasn’t able to make the meeting but watched the recording) and at the beginning the exec team were at pains to point out that it wasn’t trust policy, they had to follow the law and there was nothing they could do. It was fairly obvious they didn’t want to sack what is around 2000 staff. Most of those who spoke up said they wouldn’t be getting vaccinated, as Igor says below, anyone who hasn’t had it by now is not likely to change their mind now

All animals, humans included, were not meant, not evolved, to be profit making mechanisms. To the extent that profit is extracted by and from us will always lead to a downgrading of the value of life; it puts money on an equal level to life, money equated to life. These equations are not defendable, they are a construction that exists only in the human mind.

Hi. Just about everyone in NHS who is NOT vaccinated, is a very strong person and has a very strong conviction about this.
Doubtfully a few months of condescending management talk will change their minds.
The vaxxed will remain screwed permanently and to their dismay, they will not be able to drag the vaccine-free down with them.

The 'U-turn' was an important victory, but it was just a battle, not the war. The war is still a long way from over.
