The facts aren't clear to both sides. There is a difference between facts and propaganda. The apple isn't green on one side and red on the other side. It's red. Those who see it as green are wearing the special Propaganda Spectacles. I think we need to try to figure out ways to get some of them to remove the spectacles, even briefly, maybe multiple times until they don't want to put them back on.
This doesn't mean hitting people over the head with facts and data. Sometimes subtletly is best. It depends on the person and the relationship one has with the person.

In my opinion we are about to experience a global event, or series of events, that may have already begun(eg,Ukraine), or may be in the offing. That makes this a particularly dangerous time, as the purpose will be to get the world to pivot away from Covid by replacing the crisis with a new one of even greater(potential) calamity. Why? Because the global elites realize that Covid is out of gas, that the false meta-narrative is rapidly collapsing and has now likely become a liability to the globalist agenda. In other words, flooding the zone with fear and confusion for two years has now entered what was always going to be a period of diminishing returns, where fear is not altogether gone but is rapidly being replaced with knowledge and anger. If allowed to continue the tiger may well turn on its’ trainer. Better to snap the whip louder and change tactics before that happens. Many are speaking of a Cyber Pandemic, something which could be triggered by the likes of a Ukraine war or which may have other proximate causes. Others, like Bill Gates, are warning of the next global pathogen, more deadly than Covid.
I have never been a Conspiracy Theorist. I skipped that step entirely and went straight to Conspiracy Analyst.

While I agree with the overall sentiment this statement that you make is 100% false and it is imperative that it be countered at every turn:

These are the same people who generally have co-morbidities so we will probably never know what actually killed them."
Why it is EXTREMELY important that this statement be rejected is that if you allow this to be the narrative you are not only distorting the facts of what happened but letting the criminals off the hook.
"Covid deaths" didn't "just happen." We absolutely DO know what killed them.
No matter how you slice it there was no epidemiological event in 2020- it was mass murder and fraud at all levels.
Hundreds of thousands of eldelry and frail people were forced into treatments of dexamethasone and remdesivir by the NIH/CDC.
This was hospicide and senicide.
The number one issue right now that needs to be highlighted is that THERE WAS NO PANDEMIC - THERE WAS MASS MURDER.
All of this (and much much more) was done to create the mass hysteria event in order to hide the massive economic collapse of 2019 and hide the $13 trillion (so far) worth of bailouts handed out to the uber-wealthy AND to jump start the Pharma bio-security system as THE new economic driver in a bankrupt system.
Covid-19 was not a viral event it is a business model.

"supressing prophylactics" should really be under the microscope. Look at the places that embraced early treatment and tell me with a straight face that the EUA for vax was justified. Such great results with repurposed drugs...this non-sequitur of insisting on the vax while having early treatment options was the first signs of the criminal intent.

You’re missing the part about children. Healthy children were never at risk of dying from covid and yet US still insists on masking 2 year olds and up, giving them covid-19 shots and preventing them doing normal activities. I think there were more covid shots deaths and injuries in children than from covid in the span of pandemic and someone should be held accountable - I’m thinking Walensky, Fauci, ACIP board.

Vise words, just as I, as long as the Covid "vaccines" has excisted, have tried to tell nybody around me, including doctors. By these infection testins it whould be equal to when we earlier only had Flu, that we on the way to work stopped by a hospital at said "I am feeling fine, please test me so that I know if infected and sick".
My own opinion on the whys is perhaps over-simplistic: 1) corrupt and incompetent politicians who are scientifically illiterate (and watch too many disaster films), many of whom come from the same school of Young Global Leaders run by an imbecile who thinks he's a genius and churns out other imbeciles who think they're messiahs + 2) a completely corrupt Big Pharma who has been getting away with fraudulent studies, regulatory capture, etc for decades and which has corrupted most if not all of academia + 3) an utterly inept press carefully selected not to question the progressive social agenda favoured by imbecilic messianic politicians (and the only people who would not question it are either incredibly stupid or incredibly amoral) + 4) the CCP (a particularly nasty collection of stupid messianic politicians) doing what they do best: screw up on an apocalyptic scale and then make things worse by covering up and bribing corrupt academics and stupid journalists to praise them, praise which triggers imbecilic western politicians into imitating them = COVID -19 pandemic response (otherwise known a complete systemic failure)
I don't see in what is happening a great conspiracy because it is not as if the world was going great and then suddenly everything turned to shit - everything was shit already. All it took was a relatively minor crisis to push us into chaos. It's a beautiful example of punctuated equilibrium in action.

A lot to unpack there, a paper coming out of, by a different name, the Wuhan Institute of Virology to kindly let us know that whatever they did with SARS-CoV-2 they are now doing with a virus that could have 50% mortality in humans instead of 0.5%. Of course nothing comes out of Wuhan without express approval of the CCP, so you have to question what they're trying to tell the world with this paper. Maybe not to get in the way of their invasion of Taiwan (which incidentally would mean China controlling the microchip industry and, basically, the world economy)?
Anyway, I'm afraid we, the people, are not going to get a chance to hold anyone accountable before the big boys who didn't get enough hugs from their mammas set the whole world on fire.

Ye gods of earth and altar, the number of times I've tried to get the very principle into the thick heads of entitled little shits when teaching. 19 out of 20 are either intellectually or morally (or both!) incapable of discerning between "agreeing with something" and "understanding something".
And this eternal bloody demand to pick a side! F*ck! Off! to that. If I condemn A for action B doesn't mean I'm on the side of C or condoning C doing D to A.
You can say "smallpox vaccines was ruddy great idea at the time" /and/ have a full on hate-boner for Pfizer's mRNA-commissars in media and politics. You can - as per your example - have apples which are red, and green and red and green at the same time. You can actually have both apples and pears and even compare them.

Let’s face it, the main reason from the start that all of us sensible skeptics have struggled to make headway has been because the whole counter-discourse has been thoroughly polluted by absurd conspiracy theories which may very well have been planted deliberately (I know that’s also a conspiracy theory but it would make such a lot of sense). Even some of the sensible skeptics have embraced this kind of nonsense. It has been dispiriting to say the least.
