Are Governments Secretly Spraying their Citizens?

There do seem to be a lot of straight lined trails left in the skies over recent years. Are governments secretly spraying their citizens? Who knows. They certainly would like to control the weather and have inevitably tried to do so. It would definitely be the ultimate weapon.

“Scenario: Imagine that in 2025 the US is fighting a rich, but now consolidated, politically powerful drug cartel in South America. The cartel has purchased hundreds of Russian-and Chinese-built fighters that have successfully thwarted our attempts to attack their production facilities. With their local numerical superiority and interior lines, the cartel is launching more than 10 aircraft for every one of ours. In addition, the cartel is using the French system probatoire d' observation de la terre (SPOT) positioning and tracking imagery systems, which in 2025 are capable of transmitting near-real-time, multispectral imagery with 1 meter resolution. The US wishes to engage the enemy on an uneven playing field in order to exploit the full potential of our aircraft and munitions.

Meteorological analysis reveals that equatorial South America typically has afternoon thunderstorms on a daily basis throughout the year. Our intelligence has confirmed that cartel pilots are reluctant to fly in or near thunderstorms. Therefore, our weather force support element (WFSE), which is a part of the commander in chiefs (CINC) air operations center (AOC), is tasked to forecast storm paths and trigger or intensify thunderstorm cells over critical target areas that the enemy must defend with their aircraft. Since our aircraft in 2025 have all-weather capability, the thunderstorm threat is minimal to our forces, and we can effectively and decisively control the sky over the target.”

Whilst we can only guess at what the military would like to achieve, we do know what has been sprayed on citizens in the past.

In the UK, during the Cold War, the British Ministry of Defence began spraying UK citizens as part of secret germ warfare tests. A declassified government report showed how scientists from Porton Down (which is one of the UK’s most secretive military research facilities) covertly sprayed a poisonous compound of zinc cadmium sulphide at least 76 times.

“Co-ordinated by Porton Down scientists at RAF Cardington, the surrounding villages and their inhabitants were subjected to chemical emissions at least 55 times over a six year period.

Cadmium is a poisonous heavy metal. The zinc cadmium sulphide was not tested for toxicity prior to the experiments and this is now officially admitted to be a 'deficit'.

A report from Porton Down in 1967, four years after the trials stopped, states that short-term exposure to cadmium affects the respiratory system in humans. High doses of cadmium over long periods of time cause bone and kidney problems and lung cancer.”

This Guardian article says families who have children with birth defects, physical handicaps and learning difficulties were demanding a public inquiry. It gave details on other parts of the report.

“One chapter of the report, 'The Fluorescent Particle Trials', reveals how between 1955 and 1963 planes flew from north-east England to the tip of Cornwall along the south and west coasts, dropping huge amounts of zinc cadmium sulphide on the population. The chemical drifted miles inland, its fluorescence allowing the spread to be monitored. In another trial using zinc cadmium sulphide, a generator was towed along a road near Frome in Somerset where it spewed the chemical for an hour.

In another chapter, 'Large Area Coverage Trials', the MoD describes how between 1961 and 1968 more than a million people along the south coast of England, from Torquay to the New Forest, were exposed to bacteria including e.coli and bacillus globigii , which mimics anthrax. These releases came from a military ship, the Icewhale, anchored off the Dorset coast, which sprayed the micro-organisms in a five to 10-mile radius.

The report also reveals details of the DICE trials in south Dorset between 1971 and 1975. These involved US and UK military scientists spraying into the air massive quantities of serratia marcescens bacteria, with an anthrax simulant and phenol.

Similar bacteria were released in 'The Sabotage Trials' between 1952 and 1964. These were tests to determine the vulnerability of large government buildings and public transport to attack. In 1956 bacteria were released on the London Underground at lunchtime along the Northern Line between Colliers Wood and Tooting Broadway. The results show that the organism dispersed about 10 miles. Similar tests were conducted in tunnels running under government buildings in Whitehall.”

So whilst we don’t know what is happening above our heads right now, we can guess how governments treat their citizens by looking at their past performance. And from one small report, the UK’s past performance is shocking. Spraying citizens from air, land and sea may have been signed off due to the greater need to protect the country but how much collateral damage did it cause? Even if the answer is none then we still have a right to know if we are lab rats having tests performed on us.
