I remain very skeptical of anything our backed into the corner bureaucrats say. Why is all this leaking now? IMHO all the very real lies and crimes are not just being exposed but part of everyday experiences making the charade harder to maintain. WHOOOOO UFO’s they come from outer space, can’t be seen, heard or communicated with, always in grainy black and white images. My research has turned up information on a closely related topic. I must be careful how I say this.
A Darpa project may have discovered & identified a [possibly unrelated] 'plasma sheet entity' phenomenon in a region of Earth's magnetosphere. The region is that part of Earth's magnetic field where the Aurora Borealis manifests - an environment that supports two dimensional plasma sheets. Purportedly there is a Darpa-scientists-authored science paper on this topic, originally set for public release in ~2067 now set for release in ~2032. Purportedly a Darpa research project was investigating possible applications of Darpa-developed plasma-sheet technology in Earth's magnetosphere. [Note the deliberate lack of 'purportedly']This technology was developed using synthetic biology & evolutionary techniques. See the life work of Stuart Kauffman & Stephen Wolfram, among others, for details on how this was done. This technology is not precisely "alive" but neither is it distinctly "not alive". Purportedly this project discovered naturally-occurring instances of a similar phenomenon. Purportedly, this existing phenomenon was seemingly billions of years old. Purportedly, due to a lack of evolutionary pressure the naturally occurring phenomenon was primitive, compared to the version Darpa scientists had developed.

Humans first fabricated a 2DEG circa ~1962. Computer chips fabricated since 1998 contain a 2DEG. These structures manifest in electronics as the Field Effect Transister (FET) or metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor ( MOSFET, MOS-FET, or MOS FET).
* Multiple Nobel prizes in Physics have been awarded for understanding and explaining the weird Physics that manifests in a 2DEG. E.g. 1985 to Klaus von Klitzing for the Quantum Hall Effect. It manifests as a type of Quantum Neural Computing. In general it has been my understanding that by the time a technology hits the "public square" it has existed for at least 20 years. This system was protected last centrury under the umbrella of national security. While I cannot speak directly to what you speak of, it does appear this falls in line with what I said in another comment on this thread that it makes more sense every day why plasma physics/cosmology is put on the back burner and replaced in the public eye with science fiction like theoretical sciences.
myself completely agreeing with these plasma theorists, however for your title here instead of sentient (which implies somehow self-aware)it seems the plasma objects are extremely light-weight (means largely unaffected by gravity or inertia) but like any plasma are extremely sensitive and responsive to every smallest fluctuation of the electrical and magnetic environment (means can be accelerated at tremendous speeds with no apparent means of propulsion, just like these strange objects being ever more frequently noticed in our skies, but fundamentally seeming no different than than the famous Hessdahlen objects, Norway, that have been studied carefully by some Norwegian physicists and engineers and their students since the 1970's, including even photo-spectrographic observations of these same types of apparent plasma objects.

Sure. I can share, but don't judge my writing style 🤣. I was a lot younger, naive and still falling down the rabbit hole. This is the only one I still have up. I know there are orbs in a lot of the pics, but I didn't know of them or see them when I wrote the blog. It wasn't til later when I revisited them. Therefore you have to go through hundreds of pics and find them yourself but they're from a pretty good quality digital cam.

That is interesting. Not sure... what I saw was a high atmosphere white orb that did not seem to drift in the wind as you would expect.. it seemed to hold its location and hang around...

I recall talk of plasma having life-like interaction nearly 20 years ago, and that was lab produced plasma on a much smaller scale.
Reminds me how my mother and aunt were scared witless by a ball of light moving down the nearby hallway while they were reading. No explanation, no harm, just spooked silly by reality going haywire for a few seconds.
