Even if no one ever spoke the truth about covid jabs or the.rest of the toxic fake medicines. The proof is in the pudding. It's impossible to truthfully explain away all of the diseased and the dead bodies. I'm sure that the people who don't take fake medicines are and always were and are the healthiest humans alive today.

I can save these folks $1M - if it's from the CDC, FDA or similar US Federal Gov agency, it's misinformation which hurts vaccine advocacy. End of Story.

What proposals like this do is prove that these idiots -- I mean, what do we call them, the cabal?! - are seriously concerned about public backlash to their plan (whatever that is, but I can't believe it is benevolent). Therefore, they are willing to spend a lot of money to try to understand why people don't believe them anymore. Actually, they sound like babies -- wah! Why won't all the people do what we say?! WAH!.... If you were the cabal leading the government, and you had spent tons of time and money in the past 4 decades to brainwash the people into communism, I imagine the push-back when you came up with a great scheme like COVID-19/plandemic would be quite frustrating, actually. They must be asking, didn't we poison these people with enough food, water, vaccines to make them brain-dead??! How did this minority escape our grasp?!
