Vaccine Regret
Some comedy on a serious situation
More and more people are starting to regret getting vaccinated. Not because of adverse effects or it potentially impacting their health (well maybe because of that too) but because they realise they let themselves down.
They let themselves down because they thought they were the kind of person that stuck to their principles, when in fact, all it took was the threat of being banned from the pub for those principles to vanish.
They let themselves down because they thought they were the kind of person that would have fought the Nazis in the second world war but now realise they would have betrayed Anne Frank to be allowed to continue in society.
Here’s comedian James McCann admitting that regret in the brilliant format of comedy. A funny ending too!
The last statement of the comedian really gets me: "Live for the rest of my life for 3 or 4 more years before I have a heart attack". If I were him I would never accept such a statement. These heart problems are the reason why I found substack and I'm making such an improvement of my symptoms that most affected people can only dream of.
W/ athletes, “celebs”, & regular folk dropping like flies now at more & more accelerated rates, I’ll bet there’s plenty of regret for the ticking time bomb they’ve become.
