Today's Must-Reads - 17 February 2023
A selection of the latest news, studies, reports and articles
We all like likes. Who doesn’t like getting as many likes as possible on their articles!? However, over the next month, I would appreciate if you would like the must-reads so I can get a good indication of how useful they are. So please like if you enjoy the must-reads, not only because I’m desperate for admiration but mainly so I can see how many people actually read them! Thanks!
I spend a lot of time each day gathering together new information and interesting articles. I then pick one or two of the most interesting topics and write about them. However, that leaves a lot of missed out information that I’m not sharing.
Below is a summary of all the latest articles and information that I’ve found. Today, this is a slimmed down version for all subscribers but will be for paid subscribers only a lot of the time in the future.
Please consider taking out a paid subscription because it enables me to spend longer reporting on the news that isn’t, but should be reported.
Covid
This report will come as a shock to you. Latest research shows that past Covid infections are as good as vaccines at preventing severe illness. Of course, the authors still encourage you to get vaccinated, to avoid any complications from initial infections. So why then did they try to coerce people who had already been infected to get vaccinated?
Covid Mandates & Lockdowns
Parents are now questioning whether Covid mask mandates did more harm than good. Better late than never I suppose.
Critics of failed COVID policies are calling for pandemic reckoning. They have called for an investigation over the repeated mishandling of the pandemic.
Senator Rand Paul questions Dr Szanton from Johns Hopkins University about vaccine mandates for students. European countries don’t have any mandates so why do American universities?
Economy/Energy/Finance
If you need more proof that you are getting screwed over, look at these graph from the FT. Major oil and gas companies made profits of over $200 billion, more than any year in the history of the industry. All whilst screaming ‘look at bad man Putin’ to distract you.
Environment
A new study highlights how coral reefs adapt to warm waters. They host more heat-tolerant algae which allow them to thrive.
Don’t go for a quick dip in Ohio right now. Footage shows how iridescent the water is after contamination from the train derailment.
Health
Scotland have updated their statistics for January 2023. Over the month excess deaths rose to 17.7% whilst births decreased by 6.8%. A net decline of over 3,000 people in one month.
How do pandemics begin? Scientist thought that by searching for new viruses in the wild, they could prevent one in a hundred year pandemics. Why then, with that type of work ongoing, have we seen more and more pandemics in recent years?
Politics
Vice also lays out why conspiracy theorists think 15 minute cities are really open-air prison dystopias when in reality, according to them, they are a dream.
If you needed any further evidence of the level of corruption in the EU, Politico helps you out. European Parliament chiefs have blocked public scrutiny of President Von der Leyen over Pfizer contracts. This includes her secret messages with Pfizer CEO, Albert Bourla.
Science
Jay Bhattacharya wonders whether we have entered the dark ages of science? Why have scientists stopped taking risk and why are breakthroughs so rare?
Technology
Elon Musk tells the World Government Summit that his vision for Twitter is to become like X.com - the everything app. It will take payments, provide financial services, anything digital. He also wants it to be a source of truth. To do this people need to be verified, an identity layer of the internet. Great vision but we’ve all seen how easy it is to get removed from Twitter. Now imagine getting removed and your whole life is on X.com
Is ex CIA Director of Clandestine Operations, Jim Semivan, adding to the latest PsyOp? He thinks the recent UAPs are other world, other dimension or other something. They are definitely not ours, not Chinese and not Russian. And everybody in the Government knows that. Or is he just trying to sell more books?
Vaccines
Jeffrey Tucker writes about Fauci’s recent admission that Covid-19 vaccines didn’t work because they couldn’t work.
Florida department of health has issued a health alert on mRNA COVID-19 vaccine safety. They notify the health care sector and public of a substantial increase in adverse events after the vaccine rollout.
I love your consolidation of articles posts - thank you.
At this rate, I'd rather take my chances with aliens, as humanity has truly derailed. 🙄
