Today's Must-Reads - 10 February 2023
A selection of the latest news, studies, reports and articles
We all like likes. Who doesn’t like getting as many likes as possible on their articles!? However, over the next month, I would appreciate if you would like the must-reads so I can get a good indication of how useful they are. So please like if you enjoy the must-reads, not only because I’m desperate for admiration but mainly so I can see how many people actually read them! Thanks!
I spend a lot of time each day gathering together new information and interesting articles. I then pick one or two of the most interesting topics and write about them. However, that leaves a lot of missed out information that I’m not sharing.
Below is a summary of all the latest articles and information that I’ve found. Today, this is a slimmed down version for all subscribers but will be for paid subscribers only a lot of the time in the future.
Please consider taking out a paid subscription because it enables me to spend longer reporting on the news that isn’t, but should be reported.
Covid
The WSJ says we still don’t know the truth about Covid. The opinion piece calls for the establishment of a bipartisan national commission of inquiry into the pandemic’s origins.
Dr. Paul interrogates the State Department over its funding of Gain of Function work in China.
However, the director of the National Institutes of Health pushed back saying the viruses in labs in Wuhan bore no resemblance to the one seen in the pandemic.
Covid Mandates & Lockdowns

A Stanford analysis found that an estimated 240,000 students went missing during lockdowns. They didn’t move state, sign up for private school or home-school. Furthermore, over a million children left public schools during Covid.

Economy/Energy/Finance
After the latest allegations about the US blowing up the Nord Stream pipeline, the State Department are of course denying everything. Ned Price calls the allegations utter nonsense that should be rejected out of hand.

Elon Musk’s Neuralink is being investigated over the potential illegal movement of hazardous pathogens. An animal welfare group obtained emails and other documents showing unsafe packaging and movement of implants removed from the brains of monkeys. These implants may have carried infectious diseases.
Politics
If you don’t like what someone says, just call them a conspiracy theorist; that’s how it’s done these days. Nick Fletcher MP stood up in parliament the other day to talk about 15 minute cities. He told fellow MPs that they were an “international socialist concept” and that they will “cost our personal freedom”. Forbes reported on Mr. Fletcher’s concerns by calling him a conspiracy theorist.
US imposed sanctions against the Syrian government mean ‘very little’ aid is reaching the earthquake victims. The UN warning about aid not getting through came at the same time as Secretary of State, Blinken was claiming that Washington was the leading provider of aid to the Syrian people.
In a fortunate coincidence, many Western countries temporarily closed down their embassies in Turkey, days before the earthquake struck. Germany, Holland and the UK were amongst the countries that shut down their consulates, whilst the US issued travel warnings to its citizens.
Twitter executives are asked if they have legal counsel present due to accusations that they have interfered with US elections. Mr. Higgins tells them “this is the investigation part, later comes the arrest part”.
Senator Marjorie Green also lays into the ex Twitter senior management. She accuses Yoel Roth of allowing child pornography on Twitter whilst banning her account during her election campaign.
Technology

Vaccines
The Brownstone Institute looks at how government insulated Big Pharma from liability. They say they purchased this liability shield through effective marketing campaigns and lobbying.
CDC Director falsely claims that there have been 2000 paediatric deaths due to Covid. She says the only reason Covid vaccines were added to the child immunisation schedule is so that it would be covered in the Vaccines for Children program.
NE, thank you for your incredibly hard work compiling the most important (and rarely mentioned), news stories. Your cited articles have helped me gather data, & your witty reviews & comments provide some levity amidst the grave state of our world. I am grateful for your work!
