The majority of Freedom of Information (FOI) requests come back with boilerplate answers. “We don’t hold that information”. “It’s beyond our remit” etc etc. However, some requests are answered honestly and provide interesting nuggets of information. I have provided details of some of the more interesting ones below.
Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust
Between 01 June 2021 and 27 May 2022, 1596 patients were admitted to the two hospitals for Covid reasons. 1200 were vaccinated and of these 172 died in hospital. 396 were unvaccinated and 31 died. This means that over 14% of vaccinated patients died if they were admitted to hospital with Covid. However, only 7.8% of unvaccinated patients died during the same period.
So if you went into hospital with Covid you were twice as likely to die if you were vaccinated. Evidence of the vaccines stopping severe disease and death?
Next, looking at myocarditis in the hospitals since 2016.
What caused the big peak in 2021? Fortunately, numbers have reduced in 2022 but are still on track to be more than double the total for 2019 or 2020.
Aneurin Bevan University Health Board, Wales
Number of patients in critical care, by vaccination status, between July 2021 and December 2021.
As you can see, the average number of beds occupied by unvaccinated COVID positive patients was 0 apart from in August when it was 1. Selfish Unvaccinated patient!
Putting the bed days occupied into a chart.
University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust
Since March 2020 (up to January 2022), 354 patients caught Covid after at least eight days in hospital. Of those patients, 68 (19%) died.
Patients who were in hospital for over eight days were obviously very sick already. However, I would put money on those patients who unfortunately died being added to the Covid death statistics with no context that they were already very ill and caught Covid in hospital.
Blackpool Teaching Hospitals, NHS Foundation Trust
On 18th January 2022, there were 182 Covid positive inpatients in the trust within 14 days of their first positive diagnosis. Broken down by vaccination status:
161 - Vaccinated with at least two doses
7 - Vaccinated with one dose
14 - Unvaccinated
Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, Wales
When asked about admissions with myocarditis/blood clots/strokes and Bell’s palsy in 2020, the health board produced this table.
What I find interesting in the number of admissions who had two doses of the vaccine. The vaccine roll-out only began at the beginning of December 2020 so very few people would have been double jabbed by the end of December.
In 2021, the figures get better for the unvaccinated but for the vaccinated things are worse because this chart is only 8 months of data.
East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust
During 2021, 805 patients died of any cause in the hospital. Of those 707 were recorded as “not applicable”. However, of the remainder with recorded vaccination statuses, 93 had been vaccinated and only 5 were unvaccinated.
Similarly, for admissions, 38,889 were “not applicable” but of those with recorded vaccination statuses, 2197 were vaccinated and only 175 (7%) were unvaccinated.
County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust
This request looked at deaths by vaccination status. Whilst there were many unknown vaccine statuses, by July 2021 this remained relatively constant, as did the amount of unvaccinated deaths. However, the number of vaccinated deaths rose.
What this summarised data shows is that the proportion of vaccinated deaths versus unvaccinated deaths quickly became higher than the proportion of vaccinated versus unvaccinated in the general population.
Next, the hospital was asked about miscarriages by vaccination status since December 2020.
Many of the miscarriages occurred in women with unknown vaccination statuses. However, of the ones with vaccine status recorded there were more miscarriages in the vaccinated group. In July 2021 there were 6 miscarriages in vaccinated women and only 1 in an unvaccinated woman. At the time approximately 84% of women giving birth were unvaccinated so you would have expected more miscarriages in the unvaccinated group.
January 2022 and December 2021 data is only partially coded so if we look at November 2021, there were 3 times as many miscarriages in the unvaccinated group compared with the vaccinated group. At this point in time, 51% of women giving birth were unvaccinated so the numbers should have been 50/50.
At the same hospital but on a different FOI request, a table was produced showing cardiac arrest admissions by vaccination status.
As you can clearly see, from June the maximum number of admissions for cardiac arrests in unvaccinated people was 1. In the double vaccinated this was up to 44 times higher in some months.
Again, there was a similar pattern with strokes.
None of the unvaccinated or double vaccinated stroke patients died but many of the single vaccinated ones sadly did.
Again, with generalised tonic clonic seizures (GTCSs) there was a big increase in admissions from April 2021, if not earlier.
The hospital only started collecting data by vaccination status in June 2021 but again, for those with vaccination status recorded, the majority of admissions were in the double vaccinated. There were zero recorded admissions of unvaccinated patients.
I have reached the email length limit for this post so will continue in another article.
However, what the information above shows so far is that clearly the vaccines were not as effective as they were made out to be, if at all. Even if the regularly used excuse of “more people are vaccinated so there will be more vaccinated deaths” is used, it doesn’t explain why in almost every case there is a higher proportion of admissions or deaths than when compared with the vaccinated population in general.
Furthermore, the data provides hints that the vaccines weren’t as safe as made out. Again, the excuse used above doesn’t cut it when there are more deaths from other causes in the vaccinated group than their population percentage would predict.
Yes, perhaps only unhealthy people got vaccinated and so are dying from other causes in greater numbers but the evidence for that is weak.
What is more concerning is that these FOI answers show that hospitals had this data and knew what was happening but said nothing. They said nothing when care workers lost their jobs, they said nothing when the unvaccinated were discriminated against and they said nothing when medical staff almost lost their jobs (which only didn’t happen due to enough pressure and a last minute U-turn).
This past few years have shown me that many people in positions of power are weak and won’t stand up and do the right thing. Shame on everyone who had this data and said nothing when the unvaccinated were being discriminated against and told they were going to die.
I can't see how they can keep this from blowing up in their faces, here in America, before the midterm election. The crazy thing is, Democratic media have been seeding in their partisan's minds the idea that the Republicans can't win unless they steal it. At the same time most people are expecting a landslide for Republicans.
If Dems win, hardly anyone is going to believe it, while Dems will call it the safest election in history.
Your last two paragraphs speak volumes.
