Your new mission, if you choose to accept it, is to share these ‘Must-Reads’ as far and as often as humanly possibly.
I spend a lot of time each day gathering new information and interesting articles. I then pick the most interesting topic and write about it but that leaves a lot of information that I’m not sharing.
Below is a summary of all the latest articles and information that I’ve found. Today, this is a slimmed down version for all subscribers but on other days will be for only paid subscribers.
Climate Change
Europe is beginning to turn against the prophets of climate alarmism. Levels of eco-anxiety are rising among the young, but the planet’s future is brighter than many think. The case for optimism is not just based on the pace of progress and the certainty of more innovation to come but on the basic economics of it. Reports envisaging high sea levels for Bangladesh also assume the country will end up as rich as the Netherlands is today, therefore able to build more flood defences. This is its best hope. Getting richer needs more people, so humans remain more of a solution than a problem. This is why climate-related deaths have fallen by about 90 per cent over the course of the last century: wealthier countries can better prepare for natural disasters.

Despite much criticism: Dutch Senate seems to agree with pandemic law. The criticism from opposition parties in particular was not unheard of, but a majority of the Senate still seems to agree to amend the Public Health Act, as Minister Kuipers (Public Health) wants. This law provides a legal basis for taking far-reaching measures in the event of a subsequent pandemic.

Reports reveal the risk for strokes is on the rise in young adults. Dr. El-Ghanem says researchers are still looking for answers, but he has an idea why this could be happening. "In my opinion, it’s more of the unhealthy life that we’re living. A lot of junk food, unhealthy food, people tend not to exercise, because of work and their busy lives" Dr. El-Ghanem.
Time magazine asks “Why Americans Are Dying So Young”. Life expectancy in America fell sharply in 2020. It fell again in 2021. The COVID-19 pandemic certainly played a role, but that’s not the whole story. During this same time period, eight of the ten leading causes of death also increased. Even maternal and child and adolescent mortality increased. In August 2022, federal health officials released new data showing that across all demographic groups, Americans are dying younger.

The Chinese embassy in New Zealand has issued remark on G7 Hiroshima Summit’s hyping up of China related issues. They conclude that gone are the days when a handful of Western countries can just willfully meddle in other countries’ internal affairs and manipulate global affairs. We urge G7 members to catch up with the trend of the times, focus on addressing the various issues they have at home, stop ganging up to form exclusive blocs, stop containing and bludgeoning other countries, stop creating and stoking bloc confrontation and get back to the right path of dialogue and cooperation.

Ex-Google exec Mo Gawdat warns AI will view humans as ‘scum,’ could create ‘killing machines’. Gawdat said that the future could look like something from “I, Robot,” the 2004 film in which Smith battles a machine army that hatches a conspiracy to enslave the human race. AI could create these terminators because it will be able to “generate its own computer power and do installations itself through robotic arms.”

Thanks again! Note that the new Dutch senate (with a majority representation of the BBB party (farmers’ citizens party) which holds no seat in the present senate!) will be installed later this month. Rutte is doing his utmost to see this pandemic bill through in the old senate makeup. I am so disgusted with my country!
Are people supposed to just have "Pfaith" in "the experts" on climate change similar to how people had "pfaith" in Pfizer duing the Covid plandemic? Just curious....I see where the Dutch gov. is working on seizing farmers' land in the name of managing the climate disaster. This is all very anti-human at it's core.
